Rattle when i downshift

Hey guys ive had this rattle when i downshift up to a red light or something...It comes from the driver's side somewhere in the back or on the side of the car. I have no idea what the hell it is but its loud and real annoying. Someone suggested that it could be my strut or something to do with my suspension...
Any suggestions?

Do you have a differential armor installed along with your aftermarket exhaust? If so, alot of the aftermarket exhaust systems are not compatable with the differential armor. It will cause a loud ratteling noise.

No, i dont have an aftermarket exhaust...its just this rattle noise that could be a loose board or something but it only happens when im downshiftin to slow down
