Hello, I’m new to the community and just looking for some help determining what could be the problem in having with my 2003 wrx.
I just got done putting in a new clutch and took the car for a test drive but man the car is not driving right. I don’t hear the turbo bov sound that it make prior . It also feels like the turbo don’t give it the boost of power it normally does. Could a exhaust leak be the cause?

A pre turbo exhaust leak can minimize turbo output.
Also check for leaks in the intercooler system. Any coupling can leak robbing power.
I assume you don’t have a gauge to actually monitor boost levels.
