would these fit 06 rex? if not what is 06 wrx rim size?

Almost, but no. The offset is too low. You'll need at least a 45 or higher offset. Some people think below that is ok, but I wouldn't risk it, if I were you. What you want is 5x100, with a 45-55mm offset.

You could add a 1" hubcentric wheel spacer and get more clearance from the calipers and all components behind the spacer as long as you have enough fender gap.
