Since the WRX STIs come pre-installed with turbos within the car, do they still make the flutter noise? If not is there a way to make them do so? If so are there any consequences of doing so? And finally what’s the best way to make your Subaru WRX (STI) sound like a civilized beast, that’ll shock all you're friends?
