2012 WRX engine mostly stock aside from downpipe and accessport OTS tune. Went to a track day and when I got back it felt a little down on power, at first figured I was just getting used to not being at WOT all the time. Eventually did a couple data logs and it turns out I was down on power. I also did a couple data logs prior to tracking it and those were fine. Now from about 3000 to 5000 rpm I'm down 3 psi, from 5000+ it starts to taper down (as target boost also tapers) to being within 1 psi at 6000-7000. Max boost it hits is about 15.5 psi with 18 psi being the target.

Car doesn't run weird, no codes, nothing unusual besides being a little down on power. Where should I start looking and what could this be? Vacuum leak? Compression test? Exhaust leak? Wastegate or boost solenoid or turbo death?

It doesn't seem to be adding or removing fuel as if there was a vacuum leak either.
