Leaky banjo bolt

Hey guys,
I have a 2010 wrx with the ej255. The banjo bolt at the top of the turbo leaks. I've replaced the bolt, washers and steel line and it still leaks. The oil seems to be coming out of the top washer or top section of the bolt. It only leaks on long trips.
Any insight on this would be greatly appreciated.
