Hello guys my names Sam here I’ve just came from clubwrx forum and tbh I don’t really like their attitude they’re just weird anyways

I have a 02’ Wrx that I have saved from neglect and I’m planning to do more mods to it

so far it has

VF22
Fmic
Mishimoto air intake
Full exhaust system
18x9.5+10 etc
Flares on its way

now i am wanting to redo these mods

can someone please let me know if this is do-Able

TD05 18g
DW340LPH fuel pump
1050ID injectors To run e85
Better branded fmic
Do my head gasket seal and rocket cover gasket

Can this be done to my 2002 Wrx ej205? What power will I be looking at?

I spoke to this “subaru specialist” and who said the car can only do 200kw can do maybe 230kw but he doesn’t want to do that?
I’m not looking for crazy crazy crazy numbers but something to enjoy and put a smile on my face and have some power behind it I don’t plan on launching and smashing gears just highway speed etc and enjoying my modified car it is not a DD it’s just a car to drive 2-3x per week
Idk if e85 would be better but I’m asking you guys because this is the first Wrx I’m actually wanting to build never built a Wrx before so please no hate if this is the wrong topic please let me know and I will make a new thread

ps I also posted this on the bolt on tech topic also - to Moderator please delete this post if it’s wrong and I will just redo the new member thread properly if this is wrong thanks

Excellent intro. Yes, correct. To make power it has to spin too high. They don’t like that. A later motor swap or built would be the way to get big numbers. Or rather bigger than you’re talking about.

So do you think a
TD05-18G kinugawa
Dw340lph
1050ID injectors
Fmic

would make decent power?
I haven’t really been able to drive the car and enjoy it Once,
And I’ve owned it for 2.5 months

and In a year after I do those mods

I’ll be planning to do
Brian crower cams
JE pistons
Ej207 shortblock
PPG box or 6speed
Rods
Process west Reversed intake
TGV
Stroked
And a precision turbo or a Garrett rotated mounted

Well, you are assuming you make it to your "2nd stage of build " IF the motor you have lasts after aforementioned mods.......

E85 I believe would be the safest mod for now. Then buy parts to build, IF you've that kind of loot. Either way, I'm in for the ride. Keep posting.

Most definitely apparently the tuner lives near me only does subaru and he said with my VF22 and fmic and exhaust I can’t use e85? I’m like bull shit

do you think my 2nd build stage

just buy the TD05-18g and the other supporting mods for now?
Or should I just keep my VF22 and go e85 I’m buying a mishimoto fmic also found one for a good price

I haven’t tuned my stage 1 build as I’m not done yet but I’m thinking about jumping to my STAGE 2 build YES /NO?

So my current mod list
Stage 1 build
VF22
CES racing Exhaust
Mishimoto Air intake
Mishimoto turbo inlet
CXRacing FMIC ( but I’m buying a MISHIMOTO gold fmic from my mate )
just purchased STI 565 injectors to tune on V Power

stage 2 build (IDEAS)
As I mentioned

Okay, sounds solid depending on needs and wants, expectations vs cost as well. You mention some high dollar mods that also require high dollar tuning as well. Don’t go down the rabbit hole just yet. You’re about to research your azz off. Just saying, dude don’t be dumb and throw cash and never learn anything. That’s all part of doing mods: learning and then doing. With research and some pride in yourself and work: These things are a freakin blast.
Done wrong, COSTLY $$$$ and a waste of precious time.
I don’t mean to offend you but honestly my opinion on your build means little as I am no tuner. I know what he did in theory and watched in progress as he dialed it in. (That was very cool of the guys as no one is supposed to be around.
Sheesh! I ran off the rails! The man has come out of his frame. 😂 I’m done, stick a fork in my azz. Sorry Long Post
