Hello, I have quite a bit of experience with diesel motors but almost none with these small gas motors. I am wondering with just the addition of ARP head studs, how much boost can these engines/head gaskets take consistently?

It’s pretty old think about maintenance first. Less than 20 pounds and you have to have it tuned after you can’t just force a bunch of air without adding more fuel an aftermarket fuel pump and regualator bigger injectors and you need a professional to tune it. You can’t just slap on some studs and get a boost controller and turn up the boost you’ll give it knock that way you gotta adjust Accordingly.
