I Cant get climate control to change nor can i get the direction of airflow to change, not sure if this is an electrical problem or a simple fix that I cant seem to find.

I have my 11 wrx with stock cat, q300 mufflers, and straight in between the 2. I'm thinking about putting an electric cutoff switch on the exhaust to be loud for meets and when I just want to be loud. 2 questions. First, do I need to tune for this and second, will i keep the subie rumble? Thanks...
