One good thing about the Skunk2 coil overs.... they sure do look pretty. I think Cusco makes a good setup, as well as Tein. I think Tein has more issues with maintence then other coilovers.

I would recommend the 17" OZ Racing Superallegra wheels... As far as suspensions are concerned, don't waste your money with springs. Get a matched suspension, coilovers are the way to go.
