I'm not sure if using the 3/16" mod will help spool up (AKA boost threshold) as much as getting quality exhaust parts. I'm fairly certain that it's more dependent on how free flowing the exhaust is...

they are the sport comp series IIRC. the boost gauge is mechanical. the a/f and egt are both electronic but all a/f and egt gauges are electronic.

I would recommend the derres catalano gauge mask with modified OEM pod. It looks very smooth, not too overpowering, and fits 52mm pods.
