Yeah should be fine. I ran 235/45/17 on my 17x7.5 with no rub but of course I wasn't lowered much. I believe you can go up to 245/40/17 without rolling.

Just don't push it so hard and you will be fine until your AP comes. If you have the CEL fix, use it, but if not just wait until the AP gets there to clear the code.
