Why don't you just stick with Cobb for guranteed fitment? Beyond that I like the Invidia V4. It is catted and divorced. I think it is the V2 that is bellmouth and catted.

I think it will work on a wrx but I haven't been able to find "proof" of that. From what I found it "should" work on 04+ cars and "may" work on 02+ cars. I'm not sure about color matching and such....

Cutting and retaining the stock heat shield at the turbo will help as well. For the up pipe geta used STi one. It doesn't have a cat and it looks OEM because it is OEM.
