the only way to know for sure would be to take the heat wrap off of the up pipe to be able to inspect it further. keep in mind ones like the perrin pipe are smaller but still flow well

yeah its illegal in every state, but if you still want to tint your tails, i went to any auto parts store and got spray tint called VHT. its made specifically for tinted lights

i personally have seen this done a few different times and it worked as far as what you can see, but it also causes the paint to seperate away from the metal and or plastic. my friend did it on a car...
