On my old motor I actually had the knock sensor bolt back out and it was throwing stupid numbers...I suggest blue lock-tite on that bolt

That hybrid build requires a certain plug to keep detonation from occurring. Are you getting rod knock or is it detonation knock? Rod knock you'd hear pretty much all the time and it would get worse...
