I have an accessport, tbe+sti tmic and the vf39 are on the way, along with a walbro 255 and some gaskets (uppipe to turbo and turbo to downpipe). Anything else I might want to order from the dealer like oil lines or anything for the turbo?

I belive you will need a oil return line if your vf39 did not come with one.

I would say a boost control solenoid also. Im not sure if the newer wrx solenoids are as bad as mine but i got stuck at 16psi becasue of it. Unless you dont plan on running that much boost... Good luck!

Look, you can't use an aftermarket BCS with the cobb map. If you're getting a custom tune, that's different.
