^ That. I can hit 17psi in 1st gear with my GrimmSpeed 3-port BCS. Like I mentioned before, if you have a boost leak somewhere you won't go past waste gate pressure. You should really do a boost leak test. You could test the waste gate functionality by looping the waste gate line to the turbo compressor outlet BUT DO NOT GOOSE IT because it will stay closed. This is only to test that you can go above waste gate pressure and the waste gate isn't stuck open.

Put the resistor pill in earlier today. Fixed the smell (was probably running rich with no restrictor) and now I'm running stock boost.

Sandra if you can hit 17 psi in first you must be slamming the rpms to get it. That and you're driving a 5 spd. I'm thru 1st gear in no time in my car.

Build 5-spd, mister Also have to give some credit to my TD04. That thing screams 1st-3rd when my right foot is feeling a little heavy.
