sti short throw shifter
after a lot of research i decided on the sti factory short throw shifter setup. after hearing warnings about shifter vibration due to hardened bushings i became a bit nervous. i was also initially worried that i may accidentally downshift as i mean to upshift because its all closer together. but now that i have the sti factory short throw shifter, i am completely happy. it claims a 40% shorter throw, group N bushings etc. it has extremely smooth, crisp and precise shifting. it was much easier to get used to than i worried. so glad i did it. i recommend it.
