I had asked for the short door sills to match the short door sills on the wrx but they instead sent me the long ones..... Very uncool. But have no fear... super mod Jmoney007 is here....

If u look at the stock door sill..U see 3 raised bumps... Very uncool. 3mm tape doesn't connect well to bumps... So bring out the sandpaper. The lower u get to the base the better the 3mm tape fits to the OEM door sill. (PIC 3)

The door sill is made out of a clear coat on top.. graphics.. aluminum bottom and 3mm tape.. So cutting it takes very sharp scissors or metal shears... Look in the tool box and BAMMM!! shears.. so I cut the door sills with the metal shears and then fine tune the cut ( round end ) with a sharp pair of scirrors?? .... Make sure the end flows with the natural curve of the door sill.(PIC 4)

Here is a pic of the pass side installed with the other side posted up on top./
Notice how the lines at both ends of the door sill flows with the OEM lines.
