I was just able to lower my prices - reflected in the first post.

SharpHID 07-31-2007 11:15 PM

What can I do to have a contest or raffle for a kit? I would like to give one away and in return get an install guide for the car installed on in a review or article on the forum here and on my site! Anyone?
Thanks,
John

I don't know but I def. wanna be in it! I need some HIDs.

pearl_boxer 08-01-2007 10:33 AM

Not sure myself, but I'm wanting these HID's pretty bad...and so are my two friends.

I'm only slightly skeptical about these considering the prices are so good. Where I live, HID kits are usually twice as much. I like something that's tried and true, but these look pretty good, and they have a pretty good reputation on other forums, so....

I know there's ways you can disconnect the DRL's in my car. Are these HID's plug and play with my car, or am I still required to disconnect my DRL's?

SharpHID 08-01-2007 10:45 AM

The kits are plug and play and may work around DRLs but it often depends on the car. I sell a battery harnees ($25 when ordered with a kit) that conncets the kit directly to the battery if you don't want to disable or disconnect your DRLs - there are ways around them. The Volvo S40 has huge problems accepting HIDs but recently they have been my biggest sell.
I'd be happy to work out a deal with you guys if you want to do a write up etc..
Let me know,
John

I went to buy one of your kits and while at check out there was no discount applied to the total.

turmic 09-09-2007 10:38 AM

should've pm'd John...he seems pretty reasonable...i'm waiting for my HIDs. Can't wait...i'm tired of seeing STIs with them from the factory. WRXs' should've got some love in the headlight department....to seperate it from the regular imprezs'. Anyway....I'm getting OT.

SharpHID 09-09-2007 10:43 AM

Thanks Turmic for the order man!

As for the check out you can't order on the website and get the discount. You will need to PayPal me directly as stated in the first post. I will PM you.

noobieRex 09-15-2007 10:32 PM

how do i get in the raffle. id like to write u a guide asap.. got a digital camera ready.

SharpHID 09-16-2007 11:32 AM

There's no raffle but you can do a write up if I haven't got one already - are the 07s different than the 06s?

noobieRex 09-16-2007 09:05 PM

im not sure if theyre different but they should be the same. maby minor differences?btw i like to know about Apexcone Race Series 50w kit - lifetime warranty - $195
if a bulb fails or somthing breaks on this kit from normal use will u send me a new kit? also if i want to buy the battery harness later on can u sell me it for 25 since ill be buying a kit already?

SharpHID 09-24-2007 11:22 PM

The lifetime warranty covers the kit under normal use but you will only send that component that has failed back to us and once we receive it we will send you a replacement. If you want to send the whole kit back that will cost you more in shipping. We ask you some basic diagnoses if something appears to have failed.

The harnesses are $35 shipped when purchased separately. They are only $25 when purchased together at the same time.

whiteTR 10-05-2007 09:27 PM

SharpHID 10-05-2007 10:08 PM

Thank you for your order!
