All Denver Turbo Tuner Know It Alls!!!

i just got my new wrx because my old STi got stolen and it has a BLITZE tuner in it but i dont know how to use it and im sure that if i did my car would run a LOT better than it does now so if anyone with some knowledge of these tuners could lend me a hand you make my day!!!! ill trde drum lesson for help with the tuner!!!
