School for performance?

Wats up, had no idea where to ask this so dont bash.

Anywho, just finished Army as diesel mechanic, now i can get my school paid for so id like to make the right decision. Id really like to work in a speed/performance shop, rebuilding engines and tuning cars.

Anyone have any suggestions on good schools for that? From Wisconsin.

Depends on what you want to do with your school, If your already a deisel mechanic I would look for an apprenticeship with a local tuner rather than try to find a school that has a over simplified curriculum. in LA we have UTI, i toured their campus but its more designed to place people in jobs than give them the in depth tuning experience you can only get from spending time under the hood of performance cars.
