Sorry for being MIA. Correct we need a more solid time frame and if anyone doesn't think we'll meet the 20 guest rule. Then my fiance can get us tickets at a discounted rate through her work. I just need to know how many to buy and I can ask her for the prices again.

Because without a discount you're looking at these kind of prices.

One Day Admission

Regular
Ages 9-54 $56.95

Junior
Ages 3-8 $35.95

Senior
Ages 55-69 $35.95

Senior Plus
Ages 70+ $22.95

Children
Ages 2 & under FREE

Edit: I'm down for any start time. Seeing as how if someone doesn't get a discounted rate you would be better served to get there early to get your moneys worth. But, then again. Some of us will be traveling further than myself. Which its about a 45-50 min drive for me.

I took the day off work for this...so, I have the whole day open and the rest of the weekend. I will try to contact Keith to see if his butt will make the trip from ohio or not. He said he might be able to because its not a august date the last time I contacted him.

2nd Edit: 10-12 start time is probably more along the lines of what I'm aiming for. There is plenty of food places near by for lunch and of course plenty of food choices inside. Its just going to be park prices...which means expect it not to be cheap inside.

I would love to see a good turn out. But, I'm also a realist and realize normally the first time or two of doing a meet like this. There will be some attrition. Again; the date is September 8th. Let us know what time you think you'd like to meet at and if you would be interested in getting either a group rate or like I said. I might be able to buy tickets through my fiance. Her work gives her a discount to hershey park tickets.

3rd Edit: It looks like even some local Giant Food Stores in my area will give you a $11 discount on regular tickets and $2 off junior/senior tickets if you purchase them there. I will have to ask my fiance how much of a discount her works gives her.

I think either McDonald's or turkey hill has coupons for a fair amount off up here as well.
I'll look tonight on my way to the gym

Ok, so we are getting a little closer to decision making, this is good. Again, time isnt really an issue to me, as long as I know where to arrive there. Pricing would be good to nail down to know what avenue of approach to take for this (as far as me and my family are involved). And another note, idk how many of you remember nagyhead. Used to be an avid member on here. We meet up a couple times when both of us lived in Washington. I mentioned the event to him, and he sounded interested. So another possible person attending the event.

Hope he still has his custom retro-fitted bugeye head lights. Those were pretty sweet the last time I looked at them on here.

I'll put the other prices up tomorrow if I don't have a long night at work. I need to get to bed.

Talked to him again, he will see what his schedule looks like and everything. And yes he still has the headlights on the car.

Ok, so my fiance's work can get the tickets for these prices.

Regular
Ages 9-54 $35.50 (instead of $56.95)

Junior
Ages 3-8 $32.95 (instead of $35.95)

PS...I will actually get a hold of Keith via e-mail tonight.

Great prices man!
I can't seem to find the coupons this year either.

Do we have a legit head count yet?
And how come no new members have really chimed on on this?
I seem to be the newest for some reason. A really big turnout would be nice. Maybe if we mentioned it in there I tro threads or something.

I guess we will just have to wait and see.

Hersheypark > Hours of Operation

They're open from 10-10 on Sept 8th. So, 10 am is the earliest. But, I don't know if anyone wants to get there that early or not. 12 or 1 is a good time. Unless you want to get the most out of your money. Again...if anyone wants tickets at a reduced price. PM me. I will buy my tickets probably in a few weeks.

In short. I'm down for a 12 start time or 1 pm. Unless people want as much out of their money and want to get there earlier. I agree...a start time would help us all get there roughly at the same time and find each other. Because I'm pretty sure we won't get group parking without a group package.

EDIT: We could also all meet at Red Robins or Fudruckers(somewhere local) if you guys want. That way we can all drive into the parking lot to park together. Just a idea.
