I was just thinking about this today.
Been busy working on the house, I'm still down to go just need a set date.
No worries if I don't get in on the package deal, that's where the credit card comes in! !Laugh!

Chuck the set date is Sept 8th. We still need a set time of day....anybody else care what time it is? I'm still saying 12 or 1 is fine with me. Especially if we meet up somewhere else to eat lunch first. That way we can all roll into the park together and park near each other.

So, sorry for the change of plans. But, I double checked with my fiance to see how long I can wait to order the tickets. The last day is next friday. Her externship ends that day and the tickets are only at the discount while a employee. She goes back to student status after next friday. So...sheet. Sorry guys if that is short notice. Let me know who all is interested and how many tickets you need. I will order them if you tell me that you know you are coming. Only if you know for sure.

Well, I guess I'm the only one who was thinking about a hotel so everyone else is driving up that morning? I just think if we meet at 1pm at a lunch place, we'll be lucky to get into the park by 3 and by that point half the day is blown. If we wanted to meet up at say 9:30, is that even feasible for folks?

It is for me, and that does make sense as far as getting in goes.
9:30 may be a tad early though. How bout 10:30, grab lunch, than roll in the gate around noon?

Do we have folks who like to arrive fashionably late or who will actually arrive when they say they will? How much "gathering" time is built into that? If we've got to distribute tickets to the group then people need to be coordinated.

I'll only speak for myself.
Always early. If I'm running late, than that puts me right on time.
But you do bring a great point. Most need buffer space. So 9:30 sounds great lol

9:30 works for me also. Means I still have time to run before we even leave that day. And Kirt talked to you last night about the tickets, so you should here from the wife sometime very soon.

Proposed agenda:

9:30 arrival time, distribute tickets
10:00 drive into the park.
-females and kids are welcome to split off and go in early. Maybe together?
-we can do the car thing for a while.
11:30 (good?) everyone meets up for lunch in the park
1:00-8:00 park time. Closes at 8 right?

Unless you want to get the most out of your money. Again...if anyone wants tickets at a reduced price. PM me. I will buy my tickets probably in a few weeks.

In short. I'm down for a 12 start time or 1 pm. Unless people want as much out of their money and want to get there earlier. I agree...a start time would help us all get there roughly at the same time and find each other. Because I'm pretty sure we won't get group parking without a group package.

EDIT: We could also all meet at Red Robins or Fudruckers(somewhere local) if you guys want. That way we can all drive into the parking lot to park together. Just a idea.
We can meet at 9:30 am or 10. Which ever people are more comfortable with. Again...I need a head count on tickets and age range. Must PM me if you want me to buy your tickets. Because I will need to buy these tickets before next friday.

Also, we'd have to probably go to friendlys or another place if we're meeting up this early.

Does no one else want cheap tickets? LOL. I'm just trying to help out anyone that wants it. I won't be offended one way or the other. I just want people to come to the meet and have fun. If it wasn't a week long drive I'd want Paul there. Even if he drives a MS3.
