it is mounted to your intercooler. if you are standing in front of the car looking into the engine bay it is to the right of the throttle body on the intercooler itself. everyone advises away from a BOV but just make sure you have no leaks and get some EM and you should be fine. real easy to do just make sure to replace the gasket to be sure of leaks. and depending on the tension of the BOV spring you might need to add some washers that is provided with it.

rollin on 17's now and they're dirty

BOV is at the bottom right side of the intercooler.

^^^ What he said... Why are you putting a BOV on the car? Is it a stock turbo? You are better off with the BPV. It will keep you spooled up much better. Stock is good unless you go to a g30 turbo or something like that.

Take a look at my profile, I put a pic of the BPV there. And if someone more knowledgeable than me can confirm that I put the T fitting for the boost gauge in the right spot that would be awesome lol.

I'm a WRX newb. Is the BOV the same as the BPV? My Rex's turbo isn't holding steady while at full throttle and someone suggested the bypass valve so I checked out Turbo XS - WRX, STi, EVO SRT4, Subaru, Mitsubishi, Turbo, Turbocharged and they have separate parts. I don't care to upgrade my BOV, just wanna fix my BPV.
