What is the largest turbo I can run safely on stock 07 injectors.

Ok, here is my current mods list:

TurboXS Short Ram intake
Helix Catless Downpipe
Magnaflow DP Back
TurboXS Utec Delta EM
TurboXS TMIC
Apexi Cold Air Box
Cry02 Intercooler Sprayer
Ingals Torque Bar
TurboXS Air Flow Deflector
TurboXS Catch Can
SPT Turbo Heat Shield
DCSports Headder

I am running 13.2's on this list, and I am not tuned for the TMIC or the Headder.

I need to know what the largest turbo I can run on stock injectors is. I am trying to decide between a VF43 or a Evo 16G. I know that is considered small for the 07's but I dont want to have to upgrade my injectors, but I want more punch than I have now. My budget is about $1200 or so tuned and all not including the pump but including the $200 for the tune. So I got about $1000 to spend on a turbo or turbo and supporting parts. Help me out guys.

I would imagine you could run the 16G, but would have a conservative tune so that you wouldnt make your injectors. But alot will say that the 16G is small for the 2.5L. At least an 18G, but that would definetly require the new injectors.

the hell does "safely" mean? You can run a massive turbo, you'll just top out your injectors and it'll be laggy with little room to grow. The best sized turbo for the 07's stock injectors is probably around a small 16G, a VF39, or even the stock turbo (it's bigger than people think).

EDIT: What's the big deal about changing injectors anyway?

You dont think P&L Motorsports will not do a good job tuning my car? TurboXS reccommended them when using the Utec Delta, and Jorge there seems to know his stuff. They said actually it would be more like $180 for an hour and a half of tuning on the dyno and the time starts when Jorge gets in the car after everything is hooked up.

What is the big deal about injectors..... the wife limiting my spending.... lol... and I just want to go the biggest on stock injectors as possible with out maxing them out because it is just my next goal... My first was max out the stock turbo, now it is to get the most bang with good drivibility, untill I can afford to upgrade the transmission and clutch.

no i dont think you will get a good tune for that much. i have heard good things about jorge but i would expect it to take longer to tune an upgraded turbo than only an hour but then again the 16g is pretty basic so.
