Neither for the 2.5L. But it also depends on what you want out of the car. I would look into at least an 18G of some type for the car. Just my two cents.

Carp good catch. TDO5 20g would make a world of difference on that car...With supporting mods of course.

Lol---Insert old man joke here--. The 16G isnt bad if hes all about auto crossing, but still will leave something to be desired IMHO. But I like you Keith am very partial to the 20G line of turbos.

Well...if he wants quick spool with a good power band. He should really get a Blouch Dom 1.5 XTR. Probably the best spool and power turbo out there.

thanks for the inputs. well i found a IHI VF309 for $250 but has little shaft play. And the Blouch Evo III TD05H-16G for $100 but the guy had the waste gate welded for "full time boost".

That's an easy fix on the evo3.

You guys are ALL about powaaaa.

The EVO has usable power everywhere... Speaking of which, I've even came close to hitting the same #'s an 18G can hit with E85... If not more.

I'd buy a new 16g and call it a year.

No I'm about not having to fix other peoples stuff....I hate fixing my own let alone someone elses...lol
