treated ra's?

I know ppg's are the best best thing to get. I've heard ra's suck. But i've heard of gruppe-s selling treated ra gears for $1400.00. There supposed to be even stronger. I drive moderately, and only plan on 300-350 hp. Do i really need ppg's, or do these ra's sound like a better choice for me considering my moderate driving habits?

go to and look in the tranny section and look up "Mfactory gear sets" there is a big thread on them. I think these are better for you
