Guicci, if you make your own heatshield try and make it out of titanium. If its available. Thats what I plan on making mine out of when I get back to the states.

new- I app it i will see about the price and where I can get it from but that is a good idea and i will see what i can do! on that. I am a pretty smart kid I think and i have some knoweledge in welding and fab because of my dads line of work. anything else?

As far as making the heatshield, you really shouldnt have to weld, just be able to bend and cut the metal. Take the old one and use a template for your new one.

titanium would be cool just be careful when cutting it to not get it too hot. Titanium can melt down just like magnesium if it receives too much heat. I just put on my apexi noir catback with the cobb catted dp and it is sweet. Quiet at idle but growls perfectly above 3k. I got a greddy tic to let go for a good price with gaskets if anyone is interested too.
