I've seen a graph on here showing different exhausts and the DP levels.. I can't remember where it was...

SPT CBE made by Bosal. Fitment was perfect, nice deep exhaust note but not too loud, no droning at highway speeds either.

easy way to get some good sound clips is to go to youtube.com and search for wrx exhaust. lots of variety on there.

how does the cobb sound, everyone is saying the evo 2 is a nice quiet rumble, can you get the evo 2 as a TBE or just the cat-back. Can you get the boxer rumble out of a dual tip, or does it just sound better out of the single. I like the idea of the dual tip just to try and stay away from the fuzz

greddy does not make a tbe for sum reason, and i dont think the sound would change too much with a single or dual tip, cept the borla hush which is pretty quiet

Alright so stay away from the hush, does the cobb give off the nice deep throaty sound too. Another thing that i am curious about is, i am going to be changing the uppipe and tbe, but in order to keep it all legal i want the cat in the downpipe right and that is it, not one in the uppipe

the 06 up pipe is cat-less so you will be wasting you money replacing it!
if you remove ANY cats in your car you car will be illegal, i don't know about Hawaii but here in the states if you take any out its illegal regard less if you still have one in the downpipe.
i haven't seen a cat back exhaust with a hi-flow cat but you can buy them separately and weld them in. also a cat in the downpipe is fine and many people opt to buy after market downpipes with a cat like myself but for a true TBE and the most bang for you buck you would want a true cat-less system but since you want to remain legal this is kind of out of the question.
