pro tuned 07

Well I finally had my car tuned and what can a say, the car is completly different now. The boost hits harder, not spools faster so much but makes more low end power and the powerband is extremly smooth. The car was tuned on 91 oct and very safe. It on average on the last couple runs I saw it made 245 awhp and 330 awtq at 19.5 psi on a dynojet. Anyone that is modding their 06-07 definitly needs to get tuned you will be very pleased with the results, if you think your car runs good after going stage 2 or so on a basemap you are missing out on a lot. I did a lot of street tuning on mine and was making good power before tune but the tuning has made it a whole new car. Didn't think it would be that much of a difference but it is.
There where prob 50 passes made in about 5 hours and pushing the limit on timing and such the car made almost 262 awhp on a couple and 357 awtq, but wanted to run safe. Thier tuner is amazing though I waited a long time for a tune because I wanted it done by the best and they are very very good.

Garage
usually the stocker is good for 16-17psi. 19.5 is way higher than I've heard anybody else running

i meant 18.5, sorry hit the wrong button, and that is peak, it levels out at around 17, which feels like the smoothest power delivery

that's still ridiculous. Anything more than 17psi is ridiculous and even that's high.

it is 19.5 peak and tapers down to about 15 @ redline. Yes it is safe and sorry but I have no graphs I am waiting to get an email with the graphs and stuff. It peaks @ about 2600rpms and we taper it down to make the hourspower. On 06 -07s we make boost differently than the 2.0 and our turbos run out of breath too. The tune is very very safe and the car is smooth all the way through the powerband.

I hope my wheel flys through the housing, then I have an excuse to get my superzilla td06 sooner than after iraq. and, for the record, I feel that 18.5 psi is extremely efficient in my car. But, maybe it just feels that way, I do not have any actual numbers to post due to my remote location and lack of a protuner.
