OBX green turbo

I saw this turbo on ebay for $650 and good for 450hp, is this a setup for failure or anyone on here using this turbo?

Why are people always, ALWAYS looking on ebay for "GOOD" parts? Its a waste of time IMHO.

Decision Tree:

1) Do you own 2 or more reliable cars? No, got to 2. Yes go to 3
2) You shouldn't put crappy parts on a car you count on daily. Go to 4
3) You have enough money where you can spend a few more bucks on higher quality parts. Go to 6
4) Do you have a decent pile of cash to spend on parts? No, go to 5. Yes, go to 6
5) Stop fooling around with a car you need to keep running and you can't afford to work on properly.
6) Buy a nice quality product from a vendor that will support it.

OBX is a company kinda like Meagan Racing. They are a cheaper brand, but they still make decent stuff.

Although, i'm not sure about their turbos, they make good headers and stuff like that.
