nitrous loop

are any of yall running a nitrous loop over or on your intercooler?

is it worth the money to do it?

Its expensive but when tuned for it the gains are excellent. I run a cold water sprayer and that works great. I would recommend upgrading the intercooler first though. Stock wrx and STI intercoolers are absolute junk.

I am no expert, but I don't think you have to, just to maximize the benefit, it would be necessary.

If you're using it without any engine management, it'll help, but it's not going to be optimal. When you use it, it's going to affect your tune. I'd pull some fuel when it's engaged. It'll cause some richness due to the affect it's going to have in intake temps.
