Tried searching and looked through peoples profiles with upgraded turbo's but i couldnt find the anwser to my question which is very simple...

To the people running 20g turbo's what turbo heat shield are you using? I was gonna buy an spt heatshield but then i realized i dont know if it will fit, i recall some guy on nasioc had to sell his for his new turbo but not sure if it was a 20g or not.

You dont have to run a heatshield. Personally I dont feel that they really do a whole lot but if I were you I would definatly try modding the stock one like JAVE suggested!

yea the spt mounts to the intercooler bolt so unless you have a really really really big turbo or some werid external wg setup i think the spt should fit

you could jsut make one though took me about 30 minutes to make one with no special tools get a piece of aluminum and get to it

Just mod the stock one, a little bending and cutting and you will be fine.

The SPT is fine. I Just put mine on in 10 mins. It blocks the turbo heat from heating up the intercooler.
