New Turbo finally on

I finally got my PE1820 on my car...but now my inlet colaspes under boost because of it pinching on the TGV's...soooo I am going to get a hard pipe and install that...anyway here's some pics of a EJ5-40T/18G/PE1820

Nick I've heard of inlet hoses collapsing.. I was talking to Andrew at AndrewTechAutomotive and he said he got a car in that fell flat on it's face on the Dyno and no one could figure out why then they watched it run on the dyno and watched the inlet hose flatten out. What brand did you have???

I had a Samco then I switched to BPM...I don't think it is because of the inlet hose being weak per-say but because it is being pinched in a bad way against the TGV's and the PE1820's power...I am sure if the inlet boot wasn't pinched it wouldn't be a problem..I have thought about drilling out the holes on the turbo so I can rotate it a little....but takes me removing the turbo again....so Nate and I were talking about devolping a stock rotated housing for the WRX to point the inlet toward the passenagerside wheel well and/or making a stainless steel inlet....but in the mean time I am going to put an APS one on so I can finally get tuned
