Once you put in the silencer you are massively reducing the flow through the exhaust.

I did miss the want it loud statement though. If you want loud then go for the Blitz Nur Spec. My WRX had one when I bought it. It was so loud that I couldn't think straight on the highway.

i highly discourage anyone from getting a very loud exhaust. Just because its loud wont mean your making more hp. It just makes you look dumb. and trust me you will regret it down the road like i did. if you want the boxer sound go with something nice an mellow not disturbingly loud.

Cobb TBE/CBE FTW. Even thought I just ordered the Turbo XS RFL for my girlfriends recently purchased 05 WRX. She wanted REALLY LOUD also. Its hers not mine, so whatever.

I'm running the Perrin 2 piece with a Greddy Evo2 exhaust. Sounds nice, not super loud at all. Gives you the nice boxer sound at the same time.

Personally, I like loud. Invidia Bellmouth + R*SR catback > all

Personally, GReddy Ti-C FTW. I would love to buy this exhaust but with the cops around...
