new downpipe!!!

so i just ordered my invidia catless downpipe and im goin to be usin the xpt map reflash. cant wait till i get them! my questions are do i have to buy new gaskets for the downpipe or can i just use the ones i already have on? i drive an 06 with about 16,000 miles by the way. i will also be wrappin my downpipe, is there a particular brand i should get online or can i just go to kragens and buy any exhaust wrap? thanks for the help

Don't waste your time trying to reuse the origional ones.. For what they cost get new ones and put a liquid gasket material on both sides to ensure a leak free fit the first time... There is nothing worse then finishing it all up and being excited to run it and try it all out only to have leak and have to tear it all apart again to fix it... Trust me, don't play around, spend the money and do it right..

Edit: also think about wrapping it.. The wrap is nice and keeps the heat down, but it also holds contaminents against the pipe making it rot out sooner.. I'm not saying in a year, but sooner then usual..

The Invidia catless downpipe has heat treated metal at the turbo outlet already before the stainless section- no need for wrap
