The stock WRX turbo is a TD04...and you can just buy a spring for your stock Wastegate and make it hold 1.5 bar if you really need it to..
But yo answer your question; You will need Larger Injectors, Engine Management, Higher Flow Fuel Pump, and a larger TMIC wouldn't be a bad idea to run a "18G" sized turbo.

i think I'm just trying to find the cheapest and best way to get a little more HP out of my rex. I wanna go with a vf39 but i dont even have enough for that.
Do you even have any engine management or a down pipe? You really need them before anything else as far as the power goes. Unless you are getting it all at once.

you gotta pay to play man...it took me almost 3 years to get to 300 whp...be patient and purchase good parts from reputable places especially turbos...

If you are going that route, is it cause of cost or what? Yes that as what was in the STI, but doesnt make it the best choice out there. What is your goal(s) for the car?

i replaced it because the turbo-back exhaust i orginally bought came with an up-pipe and it was flex-fit so i stuck it in there anyways. This has been debated a million times whether or not it does anything on 06-07's so i put on just in case.
Cobra, don't settle for mid anything... Save up for an 18g and a bigger IC and such. KIDD is right about eBay stuff, the CBE are about the only thing I would touch over there.
