just bought a 07 TR... some questions

Hey all, I just purched a 2007 TR. The car only has 8K miles on it and was traded in 2 weeks ago at the dealer I work at. I got a really good deal on it but my question is this. I noticed the previous owner installed an Invidia Catless Downpipe and full Invidia exhaust. The car has an aftermarket boost gauge on the steering colum, but it is in BAR, not PSI. I am wondering if the car was flashed since it has the DP and exhaust and the Boost gauge. I think it hits about .75 bar of boost, but I think that is only like 11psi of boost. Car spools loud though and has excellent pickup. So idk, any opinions? How can I find out if it has been flashed with stage 1 or something. any way possible?

there is a factory option boost gauge but it reads in MPa... probably you are boosting around .075 mpa (11psi). Is that the gauge you got on the steering column? A picture would let us help you more. The stock looks like

If you take it to a shop, they can pull the rom and tell you what's on your ECU. Also, they can check to make sure other things are what you think they are as well.

Yeah, thats the gauge I have. My gauge goes right between the .05 and .1 Like right in the middle of those 2. So I am guessing it is stock ECU and boost.

Well that's hardly enough information to tell if the ECU is stock or not.

oh, I thought if the ECU was flashed with AP or something(even stage1) it would increase the boost to like 14psi or so.

It would. There are other ways to much around with the car other than an AP though.
