I want my car FASTER!!!

Hi. I have a 2006 WRX Limited and all I have done so far is put in the SPT Cool air intake in it. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for making my car faster without breaking the bank? Also, wondering if anyone else heard that I should get my computer reset after installing the intake or if I'm okay with just unplugging the battery while I installed it? Thanks!

SPT doesn't make a CAI (Cold Air Intake), what you have there is an SPT SRI (Short Ram Intake).

If I were you I'd ditch that hot air intake for a CAI and start with simple bolt-ons like a lightened crank pulley, cat-back exhaust, and an intercooler hose kit. Then get your ECU reflashed to Stage 1 (i.e. Cobb v2.0). With this setup, I gained 19 HP and 46 ft-lbs of torque at the wheels.

Kartboy and Perrin and Cobb...Oh My!
