Help with Modding

Current:
K&N CAI
Perrin Downpipe
Greddy Evo2 Exhaust
Cobb AP v1 Stage 2

I'm still relatively new to the Subie scene, and I'm still a bit undecided in the order of what performance mods I should do next. The majority of my time on Subie sites consists of reading, reading, and more reading. And yes, I do know of the "What Order to Mod in" FAQ.

As of now, I'm ordering new tires and a hard turbo inlet hose and gauges.

Currently, I've been looking at Headers/uppipe, TGV Deletes, E85, and an upgraded intercooler. I don't plan on ever having a 500+ AWHP car, so I don't think an upgraded turbo is in the mix. After a couple of performance mods, I'll look to the suspension, as I want to focus on it all at once, and eventually interior/exterior. Essentially, I'm kind of in the dark as to what I should do next? And yes, I do realize you need to get tuned after each of the listed mods. Is there any mod(s) I'm overlooking/not mentioning? And are the above listed mods a good way to go? Help please.

3-port BCS, with some bigger injectors, I/C, and fuel pump plus a tune.

These are the only things really holding back your stock turbo. If you want to max it completely, I'd also throw in a grimmspeed P&P job on the headers with a high flow crosspipe. And the tune is important. Take it to somebody good.

No...ok, maybe I mis-quoted myself before.

02-05 2.0 Liter issue...

All 2.5 F/I subaru engines are catless in the Up-pipe.
F/I ='s forced induction (ie. turbo'd)
