helix or Invidia

I'm going to order APV2 from cobb next week. Thinking of running stage1 for a week, then stage2. This is were I need some help. I heard that non catted results in better power but I'm going catted. I live in caifornia and cop are d**** and they bust you for any reason, so catted might save me for a while. I did some research, and I decided to go with helix catted dp or Invidia v4 catted dp. Their is a big price difference helix is 329.00 and Invidia is 465.00. I want to know your inputs on these two dp. Fitment issues, power gains, way their constructed, most of all overall better dp. thanks !

07Subie, Hey fellow Anaheimer..Im looking to do the same thing.. Just ordered the COBB AP and it should be here by Tuesday, going to Flash to Stage 1. Im looking into Dp's and was thinking about getting the Invidia V3 Catless or the V4 you mentioned. We should meet up sometime. Let me know what you get and how it all works out.

i just installed the invidia v2 dp and race cat back on my car and it sounds amazing. the only problem i had with the invidia was the o2 sensor rubbing on my driveshaft which broke my o2 sensor, invidia says it must just be a fluke dp so they might be sending me a new one when i send them the pics of it. i ran my car at the track the day after installation and was very impressed to run a 13.3 with just the exhaust and an intake though im not sure what they run stock.

The Helix is good if its a V2, If its a V3 get the invidia. There are issues with the fitment on the Helix V3.

Not to rain on your parade but I read in motor trend that a Stock STi runs 1/4 at 13.3 at 101.3... but nice time!
