Well that is a question on proper fitment and most will not be able to answer that w/o already having installed that specific exhaust on an 07 Wagon. My guess is since the exaust fits 02-07 Sedans and Wagons and I believe your 07 has a little more rear bumper (more clearence issues) than the pervious years (02-03s had one bumper, 04-05 another) so you may need the longer hangers.
I would contact Turbo XS and/or what ever retailer you bought the exhaust from and ask them.
