I wouldn't suggest tapping in on any part of the fuel delivery system.. A leak there could cause a malfunction of the regulator readings causing major damage.. Most people "T" into the line leading to the Bypass Valve or Blow off valve (which ever you have)..

see my problem is i did T it into the factory bov line and its only reading 4psi on the gauge with no vaccum leaks could this be possible. I might only be running 4psi.
What size vaccum line should i use comming from the bov to the gauge

Did you use the line that came with your Gauge? Is that 4psi at WOT?? Does the car feel strong?
