Blowing oil!!!
So i have a 2007 wrx with a rotated mount precistion turbo kit with 354whp, have had on the car for 8k miles. I came home the other day and found im blowing oil out of my crank case vents (both sides). Only time that it puts oil out is when im in boost driving the car. NO CELS, idles perfectly fine oil pressure seems to be fine. I pulled the turbo checked for shaft play and have next to none. Pulled the PCV valve and cleaned it pretty good found some sludge come out. Put everything else back together and took it for a ride and back to square one still blowing oil!! Does anyone else have any idea what could be wrong. Any info will be helpful! Also would putting a cosworth oil separator help and are they worth the money?
Thanks again for any help!

A lot of guys on here run the grim speed AOS and seem to love the unit.
Not sure that's your answer, but gives you a bit of insite there.
Welcome to the forums. Some one else will step in soon and help you further;)

May need a smaller diameter orifice going into the turbo. Limits the amount of oil pressure into the turbo, which to much pressure can cause your seals to blow and cause the issues your having.

Take the entire vacuum system out and clean it including your intake. Replace your PCV... don't clean it. A piece as detrimental as a PCV needs to be replaced.
That AOS is WAY overpriced. Look at the GS one like Randy suggested. What oil are you running?

I ordered the grimmspeed AOS this morning so hopfully itll be here by weeks end! The turbo orifice has been their since i installed the turbo kit 8k miles ago. i dont see why this would suddenly cause the problem. But is worth looking into. Also ive taken just about everything on the vacume side off and cleaned and also replaced the intake filter which got all gunked up with oil that is spraying all over everything and their mother under the hood. I run mobile 1 in the car and all of my cars. Also putting this AOS on my car does anyone else think this will be just a quick fix and can cause me even more problems down the road?? once again thanks for all input!!! Any info will help!

Putting a AOS on your car before you know what's wrong with it will cause you problems. Fix the issue first in my opinion....

I have done tons of research about the different AOS. For aftermarket/larger setups the GrimmSpeed AOS may not be the answer. It's even mentioned on GrimmSpeed's site:
Please note this product is designed to combat factory amounts of blow by. If you have a built motor or are experiencing abnormal amounts of oil consumption, this product may not work for you.
You are taking a gamble on this one. I would look into the issue as psinuse suggests. IMHO, I think the GrimmSpeed AOS looks like an octopus in the engine bay.

M1 shears quickly.... Might want to run a heavier oil (Rotella T6 5-40) and give it a few weeks to see if it subsides.

Just for the record, I wanna add, it may be caused by the oil feed line not having enough restriction, but then again....
