the best dowpipe

so im buying a downpipe very soon so that i can go to stage 2! im looking at cobb and invidia but what about the perrin 2 piece downpipe that has a cat in the dp and a cat in the mid pipe. that way i would be taking out my 2 stock cats and replacing them with 2 high flow cats? or is 2 just overkill? i just worry about passing emissions when i comes time to and also keeping my exhaust legal.
thanks!

You'll pass even with one cat. I got the titek catted DP mated with an STi exhaust and I'm 99% positive I'll pass CT emissions no prob. The COBB is great but was a bit too pricey for me. Either way as long as you go catted I highly doubt you'll have a problem with emissions.

Perrin may help the best with boost creep/spike issues aswell, I would go for that one, I am looking at that right now actually.

ya i was thinking that too with the addition of that second cat but im planning on getting the greddy e-manage and a custom tune with my downpipe so i think just one cat in a downpipe plus a custom tune will most likely rule out any boost spike or boost creep. but i know people with the 2.5 liters with no cats in the tbe and just a cobb stg.2 map with no issues at all so its really depends on the car
