3 port Boost Control Solenoid

i am looking at getting the one made by grim speed. i have heard i would need a tune to run it. right now i have 3in turbo back gxhaust spt intake and cobb stage 2 map. i am in laramie wyoming so where is the closest tuner that does a good job? also any comments on this part?

SUpposedly one of the best 3ports on the market. As far as tuners either go to Cobbs website, they used to have a list there, or google it is your best bet.

If you want there are also a lot of good tuners in colorado. Check out Harvey at theboostcreep. You can head there and put it on when you get there or just put it on and stay out of boost. You'll get a better tune than what you have now.

ya i would just put it on when i got there. i am thinking about going to theboostcreep or mac autosport. anyone have any idea on what my hp and torque numbers will be? also i wanna do a couple other mods before i get the tune any sugestions? budget is about 1500

If the car is completely stock, you should look into at least a DP (down pipe). Can get a good amount of power out of that. This thread has some ecellent avice:Unabomber's Manifesto - NASIOC

You'll probably come out with my old numbers with that set-up. Depending on which dyno they use....

My current numbers are on a much bigger turbo than stock and it was just bogged down with the heat a few weeks back. When it was tuned.
