Winter Car Care

So I was wondering if anyone has some good ideas on car care in the winter. I drive my car about once a week (if even that much) and then it sits in the garage. Problem is... When I park it, it has salt on it and snow in the wheel wells. I know I can wash it but lately it has been in the negatives for highs! Any ideas on how to at least get the salt off the body of the car?
Thanks

I am VERY far north and my WRX just gets pounded in the winter. One thing I do is I spray silicone spray inside the wheels and the wheel wells. It works great. Just be careful you don't get the silicone on the brakes ( DUHHHH ) And wash it every week!!!! I wash my car even when its -10 the doors are just a little harder to open when they ice up haha

Blast it off before it goes into the garage. You can wash it as you feel necessary in the comfort of your garage with a hose-less wash product like Optimum No Rinse and Shine. Think of it as hybrid of washing and quick detailing the car. It works. It's safe as long as you follow the instructions correctly.

I've been using this stuff for a good while now.
