Where to buy OEM Body pieces??

I am having a crappy time finding a 2004 WRX Wagon rear bumper face...
subaruparts.com has up to 2002 and they are even reasonably priced, but does anyone know where to find them, and can you find them already painted?

And incase you are wondering... 2 weeks before I move in to my new house with 3 car garage, somebody backed into my car and did not leave a note in the apartment parking lot

Any Subaru dealer should be able to get you a new bumper and no they do not come painted, you need a body shop to paint it. I would offer to paint it for you but we are kinda far apart you Texas me Conneticut

heh thanks, I never think of the dealer as being a source for parts... I always think of them last because I used to always have classic cars and a VW dealer is not going to have an 009 1970s Bug distributer.

I looked at a few dealers and one had them in stock... $179

Think the dealer's body shop will paint the bumper for a reasonable price? I would love to get the actual subaru Platinum Silver Metallic.

Man I was expecting this to cost me 1,000, but it is looking more and more like it will cost less than 300

What ever paint company ( PPG, Dupont, Sikkens ) the body shop uses is what you will get. There is no such thing as getting paint from the factory, the body shop will mix the color them self or order it from there paint supplier. I myself use Sikkens and it is IMO the best for coverage, match and has a life time garantee. Just make sure you go to a reputable shop in your area. I don't know what the labor rate is out there but it shouldn't cost too much.
