What Does This Mean?

I just recently got pulled over for speeding 19 over the speed limit. I got the ticket reduced to " REG OBD TRAF LAW". Does anyone know what this means. I'm pretty sure no points and $90 fine, but just curious what it stands for, Thanks

There should be a # to call, and they have to tell you what it is. You have the right to be informed of what you are being charged with. Call 'em!

speeding is a moving violation. movion violation = points. in cali you qualify for traffic school if its less then or equal to 15 mph over the posted speed limit, and you have not completed traffic school in the last 18 months.

good luck.

Thanks for all of the thoughts. First of all my bad, it was "REQ" not "REG". Can't read I guess!! The lawyer said it was non-moving/non-equipment violation; basically one step above of a dismissal. An "administrative violation" meaning some bullsh_t law they found to get some money out me for a fine. That works for me, no points and keep on driving the rex like it should be driven!!!!
